Metrotrade LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Metrotrade LLC.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is MT property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

System Availability

Metrotrade LLC strives to maintain portal availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The portal may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to technical issues.
Metrotrade LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the portal without notice.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the portal for any unlawful purpose
Upload or transmit malicious code

Account Termination

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

Metrotrade LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Users will be notified of material changes to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Metrotrade LLC regarding your use of the portal and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Metrotrade LLC.
